With a focus on programming and hands on involvement, the neighborhood Youth ministry of St. James Mission Church, along with the greater Irvington community are working to create a community peace park and labyrinth.  A sense of community ownership has already begun to take root and serve as an anchor of hope for the children and greater community living in the Irvington area.  The peace park is truly a grassroots effort that depends on the hard work of the surrounding community.
